With the SPRAY application device AS-5080-P-LCD, you can process high- and low-viscosity PUR hot melt adhesives in 310ml AL cartridges as spray/dot or caterpillar application. Compressed air control and pressure gauge display (for spray air and quantity regulation) are integrated in the workstation. The fine adjustment of the compressed air guarantees an optimal and exact adhesive application. On the pressure gauge display you can control the set air pressure at any time. The electronic temperature control is functionally integrated in the handle and ensures an optimal processing temperature of the hot melt adhesives (no coking/cracking). The digital temperature display (LCD) always shows you the set temperature exactly.
