Point and crawler application
with compressed air

With the AS-5020 glue gun – operated without compressed air – you can process high- and low-viscosity hot melt adhesives – in almost all shapes – as a point or crawler application. For this purpose, the AS-5020 requires no compressed air and is ready for operation after about 5 minutes thanks to 500 W power consumption. The thermostatic temperature control is functionally integrated into the housing – at the top – and ensures an optimal processing temperature of the hot melt adhesives (no coking/cracking). An adjustable trigger lever and the particularly ergonomic shape allow you to work fatigue-free and comfortably. The magnetic base ensures that the device is safely parked. Thanks to the large filling opening, the melting tank – with a capacity of 250 ml – can be filled easily and cleanly.
